Join us on January 25th from 7:00 to 8:30 pm to learn from and with Steve Leinwand. Steve is joining our Empowering Mathematics Educators series as a special guest to continue to push us forward in supporting access of all students to a quality mathematics education.
Participants will experience a lesson that incorporates the eight NCTM Mathematics Teaching Practices. This will be followed by a discussion intended to make visible the “equitable teaching practices” to help us all better envision the kind of classroom practices that support an anti-racism agenda.
